Wonderful home and wonderful town
Lovely large home close to center of town as well as the coast. Clean, comfortable and our hosts were charming and helpful. The home is well appointed. Cancale is a great town to settle into as you explore the area. It is quiet this time of year and many restaurants in town were closed but the atmosphere was wonderful. I would recommend this maison sans hesitation merci beaucoup

French cottage will leave you wanting more!
As our car drove up to this quaint french cottage in the town of Cancale, we were in awe of it's character and charmed by the surrounding gardens and picturesque streets! The home itself has everything you'd need to make your stay here relaxing. The town of Cancale is like none we've seen before or since! This ocean front village has so many breathtaking nooks and crannies appealing to the soul and spirit of a traveler with a sense of adventure and those wanting to experience another culture away from the hustle and bustle of big cosmopolitan city life. My husband and I left with great sadness because we wanted more. Both of us made the statement that we must return one day because this place is calling us back for memories! The one complaint we had was that the air conditioning didn't work in the home and Cancale was experiencing a heat wave of 98 degrees F during our two night stay. We had our windows open at night trying to cool us down but it was not enough to make our night restful. I do understand these are not normal temperatures for this part of France but it would have been nice to have some fans in our rooms.

Charmant séjour dans le centre de Cancale
Un lieu agréable et calme non loin de tous les commerces et à proximité du port. L'accueil des propriétaires est discret et confiant. L'ameublement est fonctionnel (mais 2 des 3 chambres disposent d'un double lit électrique). Les animaux sont les bienvenus et le chat Néro a pu profiter du jardin clos à l'arrière de la maison. Aucune difficulté pour garer les 2 voitures devant la maison (séjour en mai). On recommande !

Wir können einfach nur Danke sagen! Was für ein tolles Haus! Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der tollen Unterkunft wirklich genossen. Es war sehr gemütlich, wir haben alle prima geschlafen und auch einige Mahlzeiten im Garten zu uns genommen. Unserem Familienhund hat der tolle Auslauf ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Ein echtes Highlight war die Küche, in der sich der Papa als Hobby-Koche richtig austoben konnte. Alles da. Und den fehlenden Geschirrspüler haben einfach die Kinder ersetzt. Absolut empfehlenswert! Merci!!!

Goede locatie met ruime tuin in gezellige badplaats
Het huis is ruim met 3 slaapkamers, nette badkamer op de eerste verdieping en goede keuken met ruime zitkamer beneden. Op korte wandeling ben je aan de haven met zn vele restaurants, oesterbedden en de mooie stad St Malo is op 15 min rijden. Het huis is geschakeld aan dat van de eigenaar die zich niet of nauwelijks laat zien en dei je niet hoort. Ook in de achtertuin die aan zijn tuin grenst hoor of zie je hem niet. Goede vakantiestek!

Maison de caractère
Très bel emplacement et très belle maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin ( idéal lorsqu’on a un chien). Les commerces sont à côté (boulangerie, boucherie, supérette). Nous reviendrons lorsque nous reviendrons à Cancale.
