It can accommodate up to 12 people and has 6 double bedrooms, all of them ensuite, with their own bathroom.



3 bedrooms with double beds, and 3 bedrooms with twin beds.

3 bathrooms with bathtub and 3 bathrooms with shower.

Several separate living rooms, main living room with fireplace, large dining room.

Modern and fully equipped kitchen, also with its dining area.

The villa is located in Vilafortuny, a residential area between Cambrils and Salou. A few meters from the house, you will find supermarkets and all tourist services. The beach is about 800m away.



It is part of a residential complex with high-quality communal facilities: a large garden, swimming pool, children's pool, tennis court and fronton court.





GOOD TO KNOW:



- Weekly change of sheets and towels for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

- Free beach/pool towels.

- WIFI included during your stay.

- Air conditioning in 4 of the 6 bedrooms. There are 2 double rooms with a double bed which do not have an air conditioning unit.

- This villa is only rented to families. Groups are not accepted.

- For hygiene reasons, there are no grills on the barbecue, each guest must bring or buy their own.

- Security Deposit = 1.000€

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Fabulous villa

Just come home from a week at Villa Nostra and what a lovely place to stay, the villa is exactly as shown in the photos, the pool is excellent. We went in a family group of 6 adults and three under fives. The bedrooms are well planned and all have en suites. The bedlinen was white cotten as were the towels. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery. We loved it.

A few faults that were known about. Air con on top room not working and owner and property manager knows about it. Also every time it rains a fuse blows again a known fault

Great family house with art and literature

Great house for a family of 10. Different sleep areas in 3 levels, was very helpful. The beds are on the hard side, for information. There is Aircon in most sleep areas. Many bathrooms. All rooms ensuite. Great outdoor pool/sitting/dining area. 3 indoor living room area. Wi-fi. Kitchen is good, well equipped. However the are no teatowels provided, we bought some. Supermarket near by car and a Spar walking distance. Beach 15 min walk it's a great long beach. There are activities like peddlers and inflable obstacle course in the water. It's a house with beautiful art in all the walls and more books than you could read in a life time. We had a great time. Be careful of the mosquitos. If you prefer distal swim, there is a community pool and guests have access. There are life guards in the communal pool. Tennis courts and a small playground also in the back of the house. We spent all our time in the pool and outside eating as it was a particularly hot week. There are no pool toys, however there is a shop near by, 5 mins by car, before Mercadona, where you can buy any pool/beach toys. And Decathlon 10 min away. Near aquaparks and Theme parks too. Great for a trip with the family. It's a house that reflects it's age, possibly early 90s and this is apparent in the bathroom design and fixtures. We would recommend this house.

Fuimos tres familias y tuvimos estancias separadas para cada una, una especie de apartamento por unidad familiar. Todo un acierto La limpieza en algún punto era mejorable. Hubiera valorado muy positivamente haber contado el primer día con bolsas de basura o un par de pastillas de lavavajillas, jabón de manos...Hasta poder ir a hacer la compra en condiciones. Pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia

Aunque el frigorífico es muy pequeño para la casa y para la gente que puede habitar en ella y no enfría correctamente, y que faltaban y estaban rotos los mandos de aire acondicionado, la verdad es que la casa merece la pena. No estaría demás poder encender las luces de la piscina para el baño nocturno.
