PRIVATE PROPERTY: Immersed in olive trees just a few kilometres from the attractive town of Camaiore and 10 kilometres far from the beaches of Versilia, there is Casa Tania, recently renovated by the owners. Ideal for a small group of families, thanks to its intimate position, the house offers a great view on the entire hill of Camaiore. Its position guarantees a relaxing holiday but at the same time permits one to visit numerous towns such as Carrara (the city of marble), Pietrasanta, the Cinque Terre, Forte dei Marmi, Montecarlo, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Volterra and San Gimignano, all within easy reach.

INTERIORS
The house consists of two storeys. The main entrance is on the ground floor with the dining area and kitchen, two double rooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the dining room a staircase leads to the floor below that opens to the outside, directly on to the pool area. On this floor, besides the living room, there is a bedroom with no window and a single bed, and a windowless bathroom with shower. The interior has been tastefully decorated with wooden furniture and brightly coloured fittings which provide freshness and light.
