This bright and spacious living room with many windows has the perfect aspect to enjoy a home away from home and comes complete with new fully ducted air conditioning, smart tv, free wifi and comfortable furniture.
There is access from the open plan living and dining area to the large balcony. Enjoy the outdoors, gaze at the Mediterranean Sea and relax after a day of sightseeing.
Calpe Beach 1 features a gourmet kitchen, appliances including dishwasher, cook top, microwave, washing machine, oven and range hood, a microwave, a fridge & coffee machine.
