The night front desk person was not welcoming and seemed to be in a bad mood. The room was extremely unsanitary: stained towels, sheets, pillows, and bed, with hair present throughout. We requested a room change, but the second room had the same issues. Very disappointing experience.

The staff was great. The rooms were cleaned daily and cleaned well. The only thing is the bed and pillows could have been more comfortable, however I am not the best judge because of my psoriatic arthritis I always have pain when sleeping in a bed.

We went to lay our heads down and noticed the headboard had foreign substances dripped and dried all down the headboard. We addressed this to the front staff, Dianna, and she was dismissive and did not care. Despite our efforts, BOTH Expedia and the Red Roof Inn are REFUSING to refund the stay as they could not switch rooms due to being booked and no staff to clean as it was late at night. No accommodations were made. We left absolutely disgusted and beside ourselves.
