Old and Run Down. Was propositioned in the corridor after checking-in on my way to my room for a 5-night stay. Did a complete about-face and checked out after only 5 minutes. Knew that it was not going to be a peaceful stay whilst in town for a funeral. Had booked this hotel less than an hour before checking-in for the 5-night stay however, Travelodge Refused to Refund any of funds and I was Charged for the entire 5 nights. Expedia Customer Service also did little to help with the situation because it was booked as a "No Funds Reservation". That would have been understandable if you were a "No Show" or "Left a day or two early" but after only 5 minutes! Terrible, Terrible policy.

The staff who welcomed us last night were very nice, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself needs improvement. It didn’t feel very clean, and the pillows were extremely hard, making it difficult to sleep. The rolling bed was also dirty and uncomfortable.

No sleep. Bed in room 108 was very creaky, springy. Pillows are huge! Cannot possibly use them. Black mould around the bath tub silicone. The toilet wouldn’t flush, had to take lid off toilet tank and pull chain, handle section in tank had silver tape on it, what a joke.

The breakfast menu only offered one protein and many times it was empty. Never they never serviced the rooms we only got spare towels by going and asking for them. They allow children to scream in the hallways after midnight. Long period of time. in our room 114 many times during the night after 2 o'clock people were coming and going and their doors slammed every time they open them and you're just about to sleep but you get woken up.
