I got in around suppertime and left very early in the morning. The person who i called for my transfer from the airport to the hotel was quite rude to me, and at check in, it felt like i was a bother to the person. I chose this place for the location and price, but i don't think I'll go back. There are enough hotels around to find something where i can be treated better.

Staff was excellent! Hotel great as well. My daughter and I chose to stay here after 3 days of canceled flights and we were exhausted and in terrible moods. From the shuttle driver to the front desk staff to the waiter in the restaurant the next morning, everyone was awesome.

Room and bathroom are clean. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Nice to be able to receive a welcome drink. Had a bit of trouble with accessing the wifi but it eventually worked. Parking space seems a bit limited though. Couldn’t find a parking spot when I returned to the hotel after 9pm. Thankfully the staff has given me permission to park in the accessible parking for 1 night as I was leaving early the next morning.
