I am grossly appaled by Expedia! I book many hotels with them every year. After a very long day, I walked to the hotel reception and booked on my Expedia app to stay at this hotel instead of paying directly with the hotel. It was after 11pm. I booked for the Calgary location when I was actually in Edmonton. I tried to check in and the attendant said they couldn't find me in their system. I received out to Expedia a couple of minutes later to cancel and refund me. Expedia said they'll contact the property. The property said sinceI booked with a third party, Expedia, that only Expedia could refund me. Expedia refused to refund me. I deeply regret booking with Expedia and I recommend that everyone reading this should book directly with your hotel property. Loyalty to Expedia doesn't pay!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and had so much fun — it was the best part of our stay. Highly recommended for families! Thank you for a lovely experience .
