Atendimento ruim do hotel

Hotel bom, piscinas boas, organizado e bem limpo. Contudo a parte de serviços deixou muito a desejar, fiquei durante 1 semana ligando e fui atendido apenas 2 vezes, quando atendido diziam que nao tinha reserva em meu nome, tornava a contatar a locataria e dizia tudo ok, porem o hotel dizia que nao. Em resumo, a falta de vontade dos funcionarios do Hotel em atender e siquer olhar um e-mail gerou um estresse e desconforto desnecessario.
