The casitas are spacious but the walls are a bit thin and I had loud neighbors. The doors are older as well and sometimes difficult to close or open. Overall the property is beautiful and the staff is fabulous!

We love how they have 7 pools. Staff are very helpful, breakfast buffet is also great. The only downside is that the staffs who drive the golf carts need to pay attention and not speed, especially at night, I almost got hit standing right next to our vehicle while holding my 1 year old.

Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The staff at the bar were great, however the hotel itself needs a lot of work! I was expecting an updated nice hotel for the amount I paid! I would not stay here again, there are other hotels that are nicer and updated.

It was dreamy to hang out by the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the airport shuttle. I'd stay here again!
