Hotel is so close to airport that taxis don’t want to go there and hotel informed that they needed 24 hours prior notice to arrange shuttle. Charge was 25 dollars for pick up. For a shuttle that takes five minutes to reach airport. It is really bad for hotel to make it so hard for airport transport. When I took shuttle back to airport it was only 8 dollars and shuttle driver informed that even after landing we can call him and he is available: why did Hote sent me a message saying they need 24 hours notice for a shuttle. Really bad experience.

Booked a king bed, got two singles where my feet dangled over the edge because i guess im too tall. Mini fridge that was supposed to be stocked was empty. Bath tub was clogged. The staff was all friendly though and its in a great location. They do want to charge $25-50 per person for an airport exchange and i got an uber for 1.50

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. My son left his wallet and they kept it for him until he was able to get back and claim it. Bar was great. Restaraunts were also excellent.

Only stayed for one night but the room was spacious, very nice pool area on the roof top and we were able to get food in the bar area by the pool in the evening for a very reasonable price. We found ourselves stuck and in need of a very short notice reservation and the hotel were very accommodating. They had a pianist playing in the lounge/lobby which was really nice. I would love to return and stay for longer because from the small amount of time we spent here it seemed a really nice and luxurious place to stay. If you need somewhere close to the airport, this would be a great pick.

Lack of humanity and they care less for families with small children! Arrived at 8pm with a 3yo and a 5yo all super tired after only 2 hours sleep the night before. Booked the hotel at 5pm on our way from Alexandria to Cairo and for some reason they couldn’t see our reservation. Asked them to give us a room so we can sleep and will figure out the reservation afterwards, told them in worst case will just pay again to them and get money back from Expedia. They refused to do so, we waited until 11pm because they insisted to contact Expedia and we had our flight at 4 am next morning.
