Modern and functional, PASACALLES Home, with its 77m2, has capacity for up to seven people, is colorful, bright, ideal for pleasant meetings just a step away from La Caleta beach and its surprising sunsets.
The apartment is located on a third floor and has 3 bedrooms. One with a comfortable double bed, another with a queen size bed where you can rest openly with enough space and another with two very comfortable single beds. In addition, the living-dining room has a double sofa bed where you can rest and the house has two bathrooms with a shower! Ideal for traveling with all of yours.
Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the clothes on the sofa bed when you arrive. In the house you will also find an iron for clothes and a dryer.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Excellent location, near supermarket, beach, and prom. Ideal for going for a walk.
Warn people with multiple keys not to leave one key in the door and exit. Cannot enter the apartment then ... this was totally new to us and we had to get a locksmith on New Year's day. Thanks to Cadiz Rentals for the assistance though, it was appreciated.

me sorprendio gratamente, ya que la apariencia del edifio en su exterior era normalita, pero he de reconocer que el interior del apartamento estaba muy bien, con una buena lipieza y se ve que a sido reformado no hace mucho con lo cual los aseos son nuevos y justo enfrente de la puerta del portal hay un super, a 10 metros otro y a 50 metros del falla genial, ademas en la oficina donde recogimos la llaves con una chicha encantandora, nos ofrecio un garaje a 25 metros ideal para meter el coche y a un buen precio.

Piso totalmente reformado y limpio, ubicación idiónea para visitar Cádiz desde la Viña. Totalmente recomendable
poca capacidad de agua caliente, cuidado si vienen muchas personas. Algun armario no estarías de más en la cocina.
