The finished basement is the 4th bedroom with 3 full beds and a full bathroom. The home is located on 3 1/2 acres of property with gorgeous mountain views and a private swimming pool for your use. The large driveway allows for parking multiply vehicles and boats. You can have your boat in the water in a matter of minutes or lounge by the pool. We have a baby bed and high chair located in the master bedroom closet for use if you have an infant. Once again a Great family vacation. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. Close to marinas the pool was a great plus for the grandkids and house was perfect for all of us.

We enjoyed our friend’s DHL trip, which we’ve been doing for over 40 years, despite the weather! The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Plenty of room for 3 couples, comfortable beds and ample room to work together in the kitchen. Although we didn’t get to use the pool it would have been nice to have if we had nicer weather. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. Overall a great stay!

Great location. Just a short 5 minute drive to Sunset Marina. Dairy Queen was 2 minutes and other restaurants in town were just a short drive. Yard was large for our dog. We loved the view from the back porch overlooking the cattle pasture. Charles was great with communication.

Great location that is close to Sunset Marina. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice gas grill. We enjoyed both the covered front and back porches. The grandkids loved the pool. It was shaded in the morning and late afternoon which was so nice! The home is very clean and comfortable!
