"What a pleasant surprise! I have never been to Rockford, so I didn’t know what to expect. Large, spacious room, with an industrial feel. Had an amazing steak dinner in the restaurant, and drinks in the penthouse bar. The complementary breakfast served up omelets, made to order, as well as boast of other items. If I ever return to this area, I will surely stay here again!"

"The bartender was an absolute doll! I don’t remember her name but she was amazing! We had such a fun time joking around and she made me feel special. The front desk gentleman was the most patient man I’ve ever seen. He had a phone call that I could tell was an older person who did not understand a lot of things and didn’t know how to use a map app on their phone. He was so patient and sweet to them. I would have pretended the reception was bad and hung up!!!! They were the only two employees I had contact with but because of them I will book another stay in the future. I wish I remembered the bartenders name because we “we’re going to ditch men and go have a girls night”!!! "
