I love the fact that it was secured and that we could do a 4 a.m. check in when we got off the highway. Staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Convenient location. I would book again.

You get what you pay for. I needed an inexpensive room for one night. It is very rundown and has limited amenities. My room had a nice fridge, microwave and the A/C worked fine. The woman that checked me in was very nice. It was fine for price.

Looks terrible. Any repairs were probably done 20 years ago. The AC Unit sounds like a tractor diesel, impossible to use... Definitely would not recommend that anybody stay there unless you have absolutely no choice

The rooms weren’t that cleaned and there front desk service is horrible. They cancelled 1 of our’s Group reservation with no notice and kept telling us there is a room we will find for you. 3 hours waiting in the front desk area for nothing no such room at all and gave us millions of excuses. This weekend was an Ironman event so all hotels were booked so half of our team group had to drive back home and drive early in the morning for the event.

Horrible service. Our room got canceled without notice, when I arrived with my party they gave us false hope for a room, they made us wait 3 hours in their gross lobby and didn’t help. Employees were yelling at the hotel owners. The owners didn’t not want to face us, kept disappearing from the office. Parking lot was dirty. Guests were coming to the office complaining about their rooms being dirty. This was a busy event weekend, owners took advantage of their employees and guests because they knew there wasn’t anything in the area available.

The owner doesn't like taking reservations from sites. The room was dirty cobwebs in the corners, floors dusty and dirty, bugs on the floor and pillow, shower was mildew on tile and shower head was nasty, faucet sprayed all over as turned it on! A dead baby bird was on the sidewalk out side entery door all weekend.The air conditioner was falling out of the wall and really didn't work very well. The extra rooms are given to transient people. The hallways very noise to all hours. A drunk man walking in the hallway bouncing off the walls. This is not a motel I would recommend to anyone and amount of rooms on sites is not even worth the stay.

It was late evening when I arrived, and I was exhausted, so it was my own fault that I did not check the room thoroughly before I brought all of my belongings in (which should not be necessary, but it is these days). But I discovered a partially used soap and opened shampoos in the bathroom, and there was were numerous hairs on my pillowcase. The room had NOT been thoroughly cleaned! To her credit, the hotel clerk did offer me another room, but because it was so late and I was so tired and had just unpacked everything, I only asked for clean pillowcases because all I wanted to do was sleep. The hotel clerk herself, though she did apologize, was cold and very impersonal in nature. Overall, it was not a good experience. I would not recommend this particular Motel 6.
