The hotel has a mix of updated spaces and things that are older. The rooms are nice, the hallways are a little dingy. My 2.main complaints are that the coffee machine was broken, so no coffee at breakfast. I could have made some in the room but didn't have time after going down to eat in the morning. Also for some reason the confirmations, request to check in online, payment notifications, etc. were all sent multiple times. I don't want 10 messages from.the hotel the day before, some of which were also sent by Expedia. I don't know if this was a glitch or the standard practice, but I was at a family event and found it annoying to keep.gettimg messages all day long, most of which seemed to be repeating the same information. I have also never had a hotel take a security deposit before -$100. Well communicated but strange.

There were red spots on the walls in the bathroom. Not sure it was frok dead bugs or not. Bathtub faucet kept dripping and would not shut off. Our air conditioner broke on night 1, luckily we had brought our own fan or we wouldnt have been miserable. Also on night 1, someone was blaring their music and bass from 1am to 4am...waking up our littles. Our room was right above the pool, so we heard every single scream and yell untill 11pm.

The room was very clean, the pool comfortable and the breakfast had a little bit of everything. We were just sorry that there was no hot tub, but that was not shown anyway. Excellent place to stay, would stay again if in area.
