We stayed two nights, housekeeping did not come in on day two to tidy up. Not asking much, make the bed and fresh towels. When we returned from the day, nothing was done. Went to front desk to get fresh towels and to let them know housekeeping did not come. We were told that they stop at 7:00 am and if we're still there they don't come in. Unfortunately we were still sleeping at 7:00 am and apparently missed them. We were out of our room by 10 am and didn't return until 5 pm. I guess they don't check back at any time. Also we did not see any sign of housekeeping on our floor between 8am and 10 am. Other than that everything was good. Breakfast was good. Good variety of basic breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, yogurt, waffles, muffins, juice, coffee ect.

We always stay here for several reasons. Location, quality for the price, safety, breakfast, cleanliness. Hoping they don't raise their rates with the new casino. We come 3-4 times a year This time the elevator was down but that doesn't bother us. We like the stairs. Breakfast was great eggs, bacon, sausage

Why is there a $100 deposit when booking online. They already have my card info. Deposit racket is normally only for cash payments. Now itll take what up to 10 days to get my deposit back? Meanwhile the hotel gets to sit on it?
