This hotel was adequate for what we needed. We felt safe and comfortable. The only thing that I would have changed was the tv volume. The remote seemed to work but the volume button did not.

Staying at this property, we were originally told our room would be cleaned and refreshed daily. In our 5 day stay our room was refreshed 1x. On the other days, we were told to call the front desk for towels and on one of the days we received a note under our door saying they weee short staffed. Short staffed or not, our room should have been cleaned more frequently than that. I believe that is unacceptable and not the standard I am used to when staying in a hotel.

Overall a nice property. Restaurant lost AC during our stay so we ordered pizza instead. Reserved a double queen room and was given a single bed only. They did give us a roll away bed at no cost, but less then ideal.

The online check-in process was easy and convenient. Room was comfortable. Surfaces and bed seemed clean, but the floor definitely needs more attention. There were crumbs and dust visible.
