There is a dedicated office area adjacent to the common living/dining room (and upon request, a treadmill is available for extended stays). 50" LG TV in common area, 40" Aquos in Bdrm 1, 32" Aquos in Bdrm 2, and monitor in the office area (Youtube TV on Firesticks and Roku or use your portable devices). WIFI sufficient for all your needs. Furnace, zoned heating and a/c, in addition to a remote controlled gas fireplace will keep you comfortable in any season. A fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi tub/shower, combination safe and private backyard deck (off bedroom2’s secure sliding glass door) will enhance your stay. The house is super comfortable and very clean, all the facilities work really well, and the location is also strategic. Kevin (the host) is super helpful! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay during their Niagara or Buffalo trip!

Outstanding host and location!

We were in town for a wedding and Kev was able to accommodate an early check in and he even offered a later check out for us! He was quick to respond to any questions I had . The location was immaculate and centrally located. I would highly recommend!!!

Kev's flat is amazing. It's in the nicest little neighborhood that's within walking distance to cute shops, restaurants, coffee and more. The description is completely accurate and the space exceeds expectations. The beds were super comfy, everything was spotless and it had everything that we could possibly need. My teens loved it and I wish we would have booked a longer stay!

This was a great place to stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is great, on a pretty street just a short walk from the coffee shops, restaurants, and other small businesses on Hertel Avenue. Communication from Kev was friendly and helpful. A Great Stay in a Cool Buffalo Borough!

The flat was a great place to stay for our Buffalo trip to view the Great American Eclipse! Kevin was very responsive if we had questions and the flat was cozy and nice to come back to after our excursions elsewhere in Buffalo, Toronto, and Niagara. The coffee shop and restaurants in walking distance were lovely too. We’d love to stay again on a return visit!
