Do not stay here. The hotel is awful. The hot tub does not work, there were bugs in rooms, the breakfast is a joke and the laundry facility is not available to guests only to the hotel staff even though it was advertised as such. They also tried to keep our deposit for absolutely no reason.

Nothing bad happened to us at this hotel. In fact, we were kind of amused with this hotel. It is really rundown. Checking in or trying to communicate with the front desk staff is difficult because they have a huge bulletproof window of some kind between you and the front desk staff where you can’t hear what they’re saying. A lot of times there are no front desk staff there. The lobby is very Spartan. There are office type chairs with torn plastic seats. The rooms are shot. I don’t even wanna talk about the linens on the bed. The bathroom is distressed. Also considering that you’re right by the super highway and the exit ramp to the super highway the rooms are noisy 24 seven. I’m not sure of that but it’s four stories of rooms and I think you have to walk upstairs to get to the fourth level. In other words, I don’t think there’s elevators to help you get your luggage up to your room on the fourth floor.

A man followed my friend back into our room from the pool and we had to ask the front desk if we can switch rooms, but they said the rooms were all full. We then let them which room the man said we was staying in and he said that room was empty. So are you full or not? The worst part is we decided to just leave because we did not feel safe, and the manager assured us we were not going to be charged for the nights we didn’t stay for. Over the next few days, we get calls from housekeeping, and I tell them we’ve checked out. They say oh right sorry. I call the manager asking why housekeeping would think we are still there, he assures us we are checked out. I check my bank account and see they have charged us for the full stay, small fees here and there, and keep the deposit. I call the booking company for a refund, and they said they cannot process this because the motel marked us as there the entire stay, and checked out on the day we intended to even though we had left and had been assured we were checked out multiple times.

It was an “okay” stay. It’s good if you need a CHEAP place to stay. The location is REALLY good. Right by shopping, freeway, and amusement parks. The breakfast was trash. Three cereals, coffee no creamer, bread. There no toaster lol that’s all the “breakfast” offered. It’s in a really sketchy area. TONS of homeless and lord knows what. lol I won’t stay here again.

The room was ok but my experience overall was uncomfortable & complicated. My 1st day checking in on Fri 1/30, their key system was down & we were told that we’d need to ask the staff to open our door, & it would be fixed til Monday. The next day Sat 1/31, I went to the desk to ask them to open my door, & the girl had attitude from the moment i walked up & she made it super complicated to enter my room. I was asking her for someone to open my room because i needed my car keys & she kept asking me for my ID to “give me a key” . I was so confused because i was told to ask them to open our door, & finally after arguing with me for over 5min, she finally says that she can have someone open my room & says the key system is “fixed now”. The whole situation was unnecessary. I definitely won’t be coming back as I do not want to be attended by someone like that again!

Old room there was a door going into another room could hear the next room even when it was just them talking. The AC was also leaking water into the room had a little puddle in the room.
