The bathroom floor was not swept. The bathtub had gross marks that looked like somone was cut up in it. The tv kept going out. The people above me were super loud. The back door was broken, but no parking left in front. The bed was comfortable.

Pool was cloudy looking but nice temp. Room did not have a microwave or fridge. Could hear people above walking around. When the people started running water could hear it in the walls and a pipe creaking.

The hotel room was clean and the staff friendly. The only minor complaint was that the pool looked dirty.

The hotel is under construction- which we were notified of by the hotel before we arrived. It really does need updating on the inside. The breakfast was the normal holiday inn express breakfast offering wide variety of selections but there were fruit flies everywhere! While all the food was covered, the fruit flies were a major turn off and we didn’t eat. I believe once the construction is complete - it will be very nice. I found all the tarps and unfinished walls, etc a disappointing. The room was ok, the bathroom could use some updates as well, but it was clean. I feel the price could have been lower since the amenities weren’t up to par.

Hotel met our needs for the night and staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds in our room were extremely comfortable!! Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Excellent facility!

Pros: Always friendly staff - very clean hotel. Near good restaurants and close to other places for this journey.
Cons: N/A
Location: Close to a couple of excellent restaurants and many other places to shop.
Excellent facility - right off the highway and very convenient to our needs this trip.

Just a few quirks

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet, pool and hot tub
The heater/AC thermostat was about 10 degrees off. So while the thermometer read 61, it was actually about 71. I could adjust it accordingly to a point, but never really quite cool enough. And although it seems minor, some dirt behind the bathroom door made me question the cleanliness. Otherwise, it was very nice.
