Hotel was comfortable. Glad that there wasn't a deposit or resort fee. We had asked for extra shampoo because bottles were so small. Never got them. Kids from other families were not watched. Pool and hot tub area were bombarded by 10 pre- teen boys that were very loud and obnoxious. Hot tub wasn't hot enough.

Moldy smell and dampness in the room
The room was very damp, had a smell to it like mold, went out and bought sheets as I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in theirs as things felt wet. The bathroom was super tiny with the light and tan turned on at the same time. Carpet felt dirty.

Overall, a pleasant, clean hotel that worked well for our family the night before our trip to Cedar Point. The continental breakfast had a decent number of options, including four different wafflemakers to keep things moving. Staff was attentive from check in to breakfast to checkout. The room was a little cozy, with bathroom light accompanied by a noisy fan.

Always an enjoyable stay, but this time our room had a terrible smell. We were told something would be done, but it never was. We always wish the hotel restaurant, and outdoor bar would be open, but they havent been in years. Maybe next time!

Our stay was awful! The room was very dirty with black mold everywhere, even in the curtains! The closest door was broken. Staff was told about it and nothing was done! Honestly a trash hotel!

I really enjoyed the indoor and out door pools and the jacuzzi was fantastic. I wish the little concession stand was open for the outdoor pool, but overall i would go back and stay here for sure!!
