The hotel smelled like mildew. The bottom of the pool look like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I was not suppose to get charged an incidental, test my card was charged upon check in. The staf, for the most part was very kind and accommodating for what they had. There is o it 25 channels. All local, nothing to watch. It was not great. Their pluming was bad. The sink took a long time to drain. It smells like dry piped coming from the toilet. It was really not good.

When entering the hotel to register - the aroma was awesome. The customer service was great. The room was clean - very homey look and feel. I will remember Comfort Inn for our next Billiard Event travels.

Upon entering the hotel your nose will be filled with a pleasant clean aroma that lingers throughout the hotel. Everything in the lobby was clean & the workers were courteous. Check in was a breeze & several items are available for purchase at the front desk ranging from snacks, alcohol, or a forgotten necessity. We stayed for two nights & the stay was okay. The rooms need new plugs as anytime you try to plug anything in, the plug simply hangs and isn’t properly connected. The only plug we could get to work was the GFI in the bathroom. Our refrigerator had someone else’s food in it upon arriving to the room. There was a lot of noise from the hallway / neighboring rooms that made it a little hard to sleep. Mattresses were not the most comfortable and were very stained as well as several linens on both beds. Breakfast was not well stocked and had limited availability on beverages. The pool and hot tub were nice & seemingly well kept.

Room was dirty. Pool had too much chlorine causing children to throw up. Breakfast was cold and not readily available. Cable was unavailable because of some known issue that was not addressed during check in. Overall cleanliness was poor.

There were no stairs near our bedroom. The closest were dirty and sticky. The fir doors were propped open by wooden triangles. The halls smelled like nary jane. The elavator was tiny.and filfty. Extremly slow.bwe the bed needed replaced. We woke early just to get out of there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Breakfast was over crowded. Tables weren't being wiped down. The coffee was extremely watered down. The staff was friendly. The hotel has 2 floors with a very long hallway that probably had close to 80 rooms. I feel for those at the end of it. Would think about staying again if rates at nearby hotels are high.

Not the worst stay I've ever had

The bed was comfortable; the room was clean but had a smell. I had to go to the desk and get soap, had to ask for the air conditioner to be turned on and had to ask for the TV to be repaired. The pool was ice cold, and the breakfast was not great. Would not stay again.
