"Hot tub jets didn’t work. Some sketchy guests. Other than that it was pretty good. Probably wouldn’t recommend to someone. It works fine if you are looking for a basic hotel to stay at."

"We found out when we got there that we had to pay for parking …. Then the elevator did not work and the next morning there was no hot water for the shower. The property general manager was not answering their phone. Not impressed at all. The staff was very kind and tried to help the best they could. "

"For the price, I have zero complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main issue with staff, which is really super minor, is that the cleaners didnt seem to have a list of who was checking out, when. They knocked every day for cleaning, instead of waiting until we checked out. But they were nice and it wasnt a big deal. Beds were comfortable, and the room was in good shape. The hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was silly, but at least they have something. And I love that they have coffee and hot cocoa available all day! I travel to Minneapolis several times a year. I'm glad I discovered this place, because I will definitely be returning!"
