Sound proof room- we could hear everyone. Bed- I felt like it was going to collapse on me. Lights- unable to turn lights off without removing key card. Phone chargers wouldn’t work without key card. So slept with lights on.

Anastasia at the front desk is lovely, there was another staff member that was quite rude and that was unfortunate as it made us not want to rebook there. Other than that it’s a lovely little hotel although it’s over priced.

The room had space and was clean, the amenities were great, and the staff was very courteous. The location of the hotel is also very strategic and in the middle of the town. You can practically walk to some of the monumental sites.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, and the staff were very helpful. Beds comfortable and shower very nice. The room was very warm and even with the windows open there was limited air circulation. They were out of coffee one morning for breakfast. Overall good stay, but just stating the facts for the review.

Overall the hotel was lovely and staff were great. They made up our room when I mentioned that it was my boyfriends birthday upon booking! The only downside was that the pillows were quite annoying as they weren’t the standard shape and different sizes. There wasn’t any aircon and one night was quite warm so I did have to open the window, which was slightly noisy due to some sort of machine outside.

Really cute hotel great value for the price

I booked same day, it was one of the cheapest/closeted to city center. This hotel was super cute. The breakfast was great. The location is outside the circle but totally within walking distance. The parking lot was full when we booked but there's a parking garage one street over that we use it was $21 for our stay. The room was warm but we just opened the window. I booked last minute and it was the cutest hotel option. The hotel has been updated, modernized, and decorated in a Bohemian style.

Inside the hotel everything was great! Friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable. We walked most of the time and area around the hotel is not the best in Brussels - safe, but not very clean.

Loving the Nordic feel

I just feel very comfortable in this hotel Nordic style suits me well. Staff at the reception are always efficient and friendly. This time did not have breakfast as could not justify the cost £27. But there are lovely places nearby for tea and fantastic sourdough crispy sandwich nearly third of the price. That reminds me only thing is just coffee machine in the room. I need 3 mugs of tea in the mornings but being scandi coffee is norm. I still love the place and location useful as well as choice of places to eat. Bed soft but comfortable. I don’t think air conditioning in the room but able open the window which is less likely in many hotels nowadays. Will be back next time if coming to Brussels.
