No one was at the front desk when I got there. People was waiting there was a number that you had to call that no one was answering it. Waiting 10 more minutes then called the number again that’s when someone answered and came out the back. Other than that my day was good. Will book again

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool and adjacent areas were closed for refurbishing. I didn't want to swim - it was chilly out - a place to sit and relax outside would have been nice. They also need to designate a smoking area. There were cigarette butts in all the gravel areas. With no trash bins or cigarette disposal areas outside.

The studio 320 needs a couple of needs. First of all in the bathroom, the mirror as splash of others. They have no toilet paper holder. And the toilet have to be fixed. One soap for two and no body gel it’s not enough In the room the microwave was dirty inside and the coffee machine have dust on the top and no coffee. The breakfast and the breakfast have no choices and no place to sit. The positif point is the lady at the office she doing the better that she can. She was alone.

As we entered the room there was a definite odor. What it was was the rug had been cleaned and it still was wet. It was left to dry wet. Didn’t realize it until we took our shoes off around 11pm. Breakfast was a 👎. No plates,no napkins, no coffee stirrers, home fries hard and rubbery. Eggs dry and tasteless. Had my own plate I brought.. but ended up tossing breakfast in the trash.

Room was clean however the cleaning product on bathroom floor makes it very sticky. AC/Heat could not used as filter is dirt and put out a smell like a wet dog. It was not usable. Finally, bathroom mirrored light did not work. Cleanliness is very important to me but other items made it average.
