Sitting on top of a bank in Southville’s ever popular North street the property benefits from having no adjoining neighbours and 2 off street parking spaces. The high ceilings and large sash windows give the apartment a feeling of grandeur whilst the huge footprint makes for a comfortable and practical stay. Recently refurbished to a high standard throughout. The apartment benefits from 3 large double bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite. There is also a large shower room and an open plan kitchen with a beautiful island leading onto a spacious living area. There is full central heating with traditional cast iron radiators, a fully equipped kitchen and original art work throughout making this apartment as stylish as it is practical. Guests will have access to the entire apartment which is on the first floor and has its own private access I will be available throughout the stay via Airbnb Located in the heart of Southville’s vibrant North street, this is truly one of the most sought after locations in Bristol. With a number of bars, restaurants, comedy clubs and sporting venues on your doorstep it really is the perfect spot. Bristol harbourside is also just a 10-15 minute walk away.
