I stay regularly at Mollies. The rooms are great, clean, comfortable and with Dyson hairdryers and GHD’s are really convenient. This time around there was an issue with hot water on the Sunday leading to a cold shower! Not the most pleasant but was def awake! It would be great that as your staying at the motel a discount is considered to apply for breakfasts or dinners. Would be a nice touch!

Room was lovely , the bed and pillows were so comfy. However the shower was cold this morning. I think there may of been an issue with water as the evening before it was lovely and a relative also stayed in a room a few doors down the corridor and he also had no hot water .

The hotel was lovely and the interior design great although the lights were a bit odd in the hallways. I had contacted well ahead of my booking and let the hotel know I would be leaving very early in the morning but they put us in one of the furthest rooms from the lobby (bearing in mind no lift so it was a fair walk). Staff were lovely but could do with some quiet music in the lobby because I found it quite a stale atmosphere in there. The TV was a nightmare to set up and you have to play through your phone apps so you can’t use your phone and watch TV plus Netflix didn’t work at all. It took a good half hour to set it up because again no instructions just a qr code. The room was nice and nice touches like the designer hair styling tools but could do with instructions in the shower as I didn’t realise that one slight turn to the right was going to make the shower head fly off its hook! Oh also the lights by the bed have to be on together you can’t have one of one off and one was blinking yay. And we couldn’t book breakfast which was advertised as being open at 7am but when we went passed it was entirely empty
