Our modern house was designed + purpose built with a completely separate, self-contained 1 Bedroom ‘apartment’ (it’s more like a 1-bedroom house).



The previous owners built the property to have their Mum stay in the self-contained 1 bedroom, giving them separation while still next door.



Since we have bought it, we have now set it up for guests to enjoy.



It has absolutely everything you’ll need to be right at home…



The Space:

Complete with its own entrance / front door, you can self-check in…



Once inside, you are greeted to a large, bright open plan kitchen / lounge room that allows you to cook, chill on the couch with Netflix, work on the office desk, eat a meal at the kitchen bench stools or overlook the abundance of plants in the light-well, from the dining table.



There’s unlimited WiFi + ducted Air-conditioning throughout…we also add more than just the essentials, so you’ll have everything to feel right at home.



The house was built with solid walls, so it’s quiet inside… we certainly give you your privacy, but if you see us…feel free to say hi :)



There’s always plenty of street parking right outside which is untimed / unmetered.



This is a great apartment for singles, couples, business trips or small families…just bring your toothbrush (ok…and some food)!

•Laundry ~ The local laundromat is a min walk away & we provide all the bits...in the bedroom cupboard there’s washing basket with powder, stain remover, fabric softener in the apartment + there’s a fold out clothes rack

- 3 min to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre (13 mins walk)

- 3 mins to Taringa Shopping (13 mins walk)

- 5 mins to Brisbane Boys College

- 6 mins to Toowong Village

- 8 mins to Wesley Hospital

- 12 mins to University of Queensland (UQ) St Lucia

- 16 mins to Brisbane CBD

- There’s also bus stops just up the road to Indooroopilly / onto the CBD



Getting Around:

Busses are nearby, drive or Uber!
