Room was spotless, bed really comfy and showers all hot and consistent. Staff on reception were all extremely welcoming and pleasant, as were the staff in the breakfast restaurant. Have stayed twice recently and would do again.

Lovely spacious room with a sea view. Right in the centre of Brighton, everything is a short walk. Nice buffet breakfast with a good choice of breads, cereal, fruit and cooked options. Appreciate hotel is old but appears run down & tired. Ensuite definitely needs an upgrade…worn sanitary fittings, missing or grubby sealant around bath & shower fitting.
