Amenities not as advertised. There was no arcade, refrigerator was not connected to a water line,and could not exceed 6 guests (our 2 sons and their spouses and children) although I spoke with a rep before we checked in and he implied that should not be an issue. Also, I left some prescription medicine in the house and still have not heard anything from Vacasa if they found the medicine. I contacted Vacasa multiple times but they replied that no feedback had been received from the local Bremerton team regarding my medication. To date, still no word on my medication. This wasby far the worst customer support I have ever experienced with a rental property. When you cannot directly contact the host to resolveissues, the customer always loses. You need to review whole support model and fire those local teams that are responsive to you centralized management structure and enable guests to contact local hosts directly. Thereis a local phone number to call the host, but the line is out of service.
