Ample dining / bar seating, a modern stone fireplace, Flat Screen with Sonos surround draw gatherings to this cozy yet expansive living area. Gaze out the large glass to the large, modern, entertaining deck that overlooks the first three Peaks of the 10-mile range. Meander downstairs to the opulent family room marked by more cozy seating, another large stone fireplace with flat screen and Sonos surround. Shoot pool while having drinks at the gorgeous wet bar while others wander out back to the enormous mountain-facing outdoor gathering space. Once outside, you get to toggle between an ultra-high-end hot tub and the large circular gas fire-pit.
