Great stay

The condo was in a perfect location. Extremely close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful views from balconies. Unit had everything needed for a great stay.

Nice Place And Really Close To The Slopes

We had a blast and enjoyed being so close to the slopes! A short walk to the pool and hot tub and the kids loved playing in that every night!

We were thrilled when this property was available for our stay this year, because we have stayed there in the past and it suits us perfectly. The updates to the condo are terrific and you can't beat the location. I highly recommend this unit.

Excellent property and location!!

Could not ask for a better place - we had 2 now skiers that needed to be an easy walk to town and 2 skiers that wanted to be close to the slopes. Both accomplished in grand fashion. Nice condo as well with good place in the condo to store skis and boards. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to eat in a lot and not always hit a restaurant. Overall great trip!

Great Stay In Breck

We (2 couples) had a fantastic time at Peng and Toms. The apartment was in a fabulous location, with easy access to ski lift and the main street of Breck. It was well equipped and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding Unit - Perfect Location

The unit was everything and more as promised. The view from the 2 balconies was breathtaking! Everything was provided to make our stay so comfortable. We loved the underground parking, steps to the ski life and especially Main Street 1 block from our room.

Nice, with beautiful views

Loved our stay. Very nice corner unit with a balcony, that has table and chairs, to sit outside to view the beautiful mountains and pond. The unit is well furnished and had comfortable beds for a good night sleep. It’s was wonderful to just walk outside the building and be steps from Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

From booking to check in to staying in the Village… it was all an awesome experience. Super conveniently located to lifts, downtown and shuttle service. Although we walked most places. Shopping was great too. The place has been well taken care of and the communication and response was great!

Superb Condo and Location

The location of this property is ideal for ski-in/ski-out, and walkability about town. The owners were easy to work with, the check-in process was smooth and simple, and the property is exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only request is that if the owners ever decide to sell, please contact me first. Great place!

Our favorite home away from home in Breckenridge

This was our fourth time staying at this location. We don’t ski. We just love to come up here in the summer to escape the Texas heat or to enjoy the fall color. The location is perfect. Walking distance to shops and dining. The condo is neat and comfortable. The kitchen has all you need. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Check in is incredibly easy. Our favorite place to stay.

Great location and amazing views

Only issue was prior to check in. Listing showed parking, but then there was an extra cost and process which was a hassle. They did end up including a spot, but it is never fun to have hassles on a vacation.

The view & location were great! The condo had a nice floor plan & patios. The construction of the main building in the complex should have been more transparent, luckily it only affected us going to the pool area. Also, there is a restaurant below the condo which could possibly be noisy when the weather is warm & windows are open. We were lucky it was quiet due to the weather being a little rainy & chilly for dining on the outside patio below. We did appreciated the convenience for take out though. I was disappointed the fireplace was not a convenient gas one (I have a wood burning one at home), but that was my fault for not noticing that in the property details. Overall it was a pleasant experience with a fantastic location for the Oktoberfest.

Great Location with easy access to Town and the Mountain

A 2 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift is great for a crew that likes to get out early and then have speedy access to lunch at home to avoid the crowds and save the additional expense. Home overall was very comfortable and had a great fireplace. Only criticism was kitchen could use some additional gear.. no oven mitts so you had to try dish towels without getting burned and only one small cutting board for prep.
