I was really impressed by the location/layout - first impression. Staff at check in were great. However, both nights were trying with the noise around me, mainly being woken up by what I believe were staff in the adjoining room. (We're talking approx. 6AM Saturday and Sunday) Also, toilet was continually running in the room and I chose to turn the water off when not in use.

We ended up with a free upgrade of 2 connecting rooms. They were very nice. Loved the balconies and fireplaces. Only disappointment was water not staying hot enough to fill the jetted tub. Beautiful place and ultra friendly staff!!!
