This condo is very large and accommodating at almost 1400 sq ft and has a fully enclosed year around sunroom with breath taking views that overlook Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. Located in the perfect location at the Heart of Branson. This condo is centrally located in Branson and just 2 blocks from the main strip in Branson, yet tucked away along the Thousand Hills Golf Course so you can enjoy a quiet setting that happens to be very close to the most popular Branson attractions. The condo is just minutes away from everything Branson has to offer for your memorable vacation.

Our condo is very spacious and much larger than most condos with about 1400 sq. ft. of living space. The condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include a 55" HDTV in the living and large Flat Screens in each Bedroom, WIFI, Two King Beds and a formal dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

The enclosed sunroom is a great place to relax or have a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view of Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. You will not find more pleasant accommodations than at "The Fairways". This condo offers so much more space than most condos in Branson. The views are great and It is easy to relax and enjoy your time at this condo since it includes all the comforts of home. There is parking directly in front and you are just steps from the front door..

Overall it was a wonderful place. The view was spectacular, the place was large and very clean. My only actual complaint about the place is we were not given enough kitchen trash bags for our stay :/ -- not much of a complaint. As an FYI, while it is on the first floor, the parking lot makes it not terribly ADA friendly. When we had trouble with the thermostat I emailed the property manager and he was LITERALLY at our door to fix it within 10 minutes -- I was very impressed with that. Again, the condo was clean, it was well stocked (they even provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets), well lit, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean & convenient

The property was very nice with a great location. We enjoyed the walk-in with no stairs, but that also left the dining area a little bit in the dark since we didn't always choose to open the blinds. We had additional light with the blinds open, but that seemed a little like a fish bowl on two sides. Parking was ample even though we parked farther down the parking lot on a flatter surface rather than right in front of the property due to the driveway and the size of our vehicle. We did have a great view of the golf course, but we needed to open the windows in order to get a clear view. Over all it was a great stay.

Nice Stay

Glad that we stayed at this condo. I did not have steps (except curb) and one shower was a walk is so this worked great for my parents. Pros: - Location compared to attractions was very good. Never felt like we were driving very far. - Condo manager was very responsive to needs. - Pool was clean and enjoyable. - AC worked great as it was very hot outside that week. - Price was very good! - Cleaning requirements were minimal. - Check in and out was simple! Cons: - Ice and water in fridge was not working. Manager brought big bag of ice and bottled water to us right away and said would fix when we left so we weren't inconvenienced. - Decor and furnishings were a little dated, but all clean and comfortable. - This is a middle floor condo so we heard noise (walking, some water usage, etc) from the upper department. Not obnoxious, but present. Great place for my wife, my parents, and myself to enjoy the Branson area. I would stay here again!
