Putters Paradise is a second-level condo and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator. Please make sure stairs are suitable for everyone in your group before booking.

POINTE ROYALE AMENITIES

Pointe Royale is a gated golf resort with plenty to do beyond the course. Guests can enjoy two outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, adults-only hot tub, 24-hour fitness room, tennis courts, playground, dog park, clubhouse and direct access to Lake Taneycomo.

Fishing enthusiasts will especially love the easy access to some of the area's best trout and fly fishing.

GOLF STAY & PLAY

Our guests receive a special Stay & Play rate of $60 per person for 18 holes with a cart at Pointe Royale Golf Course (regularly $109.99).

This rate is available to guests on your reservation throughout your stay. Tee times must be reserved by phone directly with the golf course rather than online, and you'll need an email confirmation from us verifying your stay. Just let us know if you plan to use the Stay & Play offer.

PET POLICY

Small to medium-sized, adult, low-shedding dogs may be considered with approval BEFORE booking. Please contact us with information about your dog prior to making a reservation.

Approved dogs must be kenneled when left alone, kept off furniture and beds, leashed and picked up after outside, and cannot be disruptive to neighboring condos. A $25/night nonrefundable pet fee applies.

The enclosed sunroom overlooking the golf course is not heated or air conditioned.

A vehicle is recommended for getting around Branson.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES

We want guests to know our checkout expectations before booking. At checkout, we ask that you:

• Set heat to 60° or A/C to 75°. During June–August, please leave A/C at 70°.
• Gather trash from the kitchen and bathrooms and take it to one of the blue dumpsters.
• Place soiled dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
• Close and lock all windows, doors and sliders.
• Return amenity cards to the counter. Lost or unreturned cards are subject to a $20 replacement fee per card.
• Return remotes to their designated rooms.
• Take a final look for personal belongings.

Optional: If you have time, starting one load of towels is greatly appreciated, but it is not required.
