I was disappointed in our trip to the Howard Johnson by Wyndham. A big reason I booked this hotel for our trip to Branson was because of the indoor waterpark in all the photo's of the hotel. We arrive to the hotel to find out the entire waterpark in closed! There is no pool available. Such a let down for my kids. When I brought it up to the hotel staff, I was told they had tried to notify travelocity about the pool. I was brushed off by staff with an "oh well" attitude. Talking to other guest at the hotel, they were also not told about a closed pool when booking. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The bunk bed in the room had candy all over underneath it. The TV and phone were not working properly in our room and the light in the bunk room stopped working during the stay. It was one thing after another at this hotel. When my family goes back to Branson, we will not be staying at the Howard Johnson.

The breakfast was sad the bunk bed in our room was in made and the tub was dirty… we booked this hotel for the waterpark but Travelocity didn’t show anything about it being closed for Renovations

The hotel is ok over all. The pictures of the waterpark are clearly old pictures. Some parts of the waterpark have been moved outside and are, of course, closed seasonally. They normally had one of two waterslides running because of lack of staff. The kids had plenty of fun though. They do have breakfast available. It's not free, but cheap. Waterpark and breakfast hours were inconsistent, so we didn't get either on our last day. Cable didn't work in the room at first, but they had no problems sending someone up quickly to fix it.
