The link that they send you has the wrong apartment number included in the address. So we were repeatedly trying to access some poor neighbor's apartment when we arrived at 11:30pm. We had to call guest services to find our room. Luckily, we already had them on the phone, because the access code we were given did not work once we found the correct apartment. I did give their customer service a high rating, because they were very helpful once we got on the phone with them. The bedroom we slept in had a bad "hotel room" odor to it; not sure if it was related to the window unit or the carpet, but it made it difficult to sleep. The second floor loft bedroom had a loose handrail. Luckily, there were two grown adults sleeping in that room, as I was not comfortable allowing my children access to the second floor.
