The hotel is ok over all. The pictures of the waterpark are clearly old pictures. Some parts of the waterpark have been moved outside and are, of course, closed seasonally. They normally had one of two waterslides running because of lack of staff. The kids had plenty of fun though. They do have breakfast available. It's not free, but cheap. Waterpark and breakfast hours were inconsistent, so we didn't get either on our last day. Cable didn't work in the room at first, but they had no problems sending someone up quickly to fix it.

The water park was nice. The life guards looked like and acted like they never have had a good day. Matter of a fact all of the hotel staff at the front desk acted completely put out when they had to help a guest. There was one lady that would loudly sigh every time she had to help someone. When I made the reservation I set it up for an atrium room with the water park. When we checked in the sighing lady acted like we were the Travelocity step children. We were placed in the farthest beat up building on property. The building had a huge dumpster in the front and a collapsing retaining wall on the side we were placed. The paint was peeling off the stairwell and doors. My passive husband didn’t want to make waves so we stayed in the room. I will have to give huge compliment to Bruce in house keeping our room was spotless and he was kind enough to stop and ask us if we needed anything. We will not be back.

We were solely disappointed as we chose this hotel over another with a nice heated indoor pool, hot tub, and hot breakfast buffet for the indoor water park with chilly cold water. We could not stand to get into the cold pool water, or the freezing lazy river. My 7 year old granddaughter was bored in the kiddy pool on Saturday, which was the only semi-heated water, and refused to go to the water park on Sunday. We were also disappointed that we only had towels for two people and no soap left in the room. We did go and retrieve these items ourselves. We liked the bunkbeds. We really wished we would have selected the other hotel over this one for an hour and half "kiddy pool" time.
