The pool, hot tub and sauna were a huge hit for our 4 kids and us. The room was so spacious and when we went it wasn't crowded which was really nice. The breakfast room looks over the pool so it's just a really nice looking place. We had a very nice time.

loved everything about this stay. the hotel was super clean from everything with the room, the hallways, the pool, hot tub, sauna, lobby, elevators and outside. the staff was absolutely wonderful with each interaction. it goes down in one of the best places weve ever stayed and a place we will ensure to come back to.

Checking in was a breeze, the front desk staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was very impressed with the bathroom and the cleanliness of the whole room. Breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed have multiple options of classic breakfast foods. Everything was delicious as well. This hotel made traveling with two little kids very enjoyable.

We were very disappointed in our experience at this BW. We've had great stays at others which was why we chose this hotel. The location was good but we had the worst housekeeping service I ever experienced. They only came into the room after our first night then never cleaned again the rest of our 4 night stay. Even the day they did come into the room, they didn't make the beds or refresh all the towels. We had to keep taking out our own trashes so it wouldn't be messy. Even the trashes by the doors and elevators were full most the time. I made it a point to complain at the front on day 3 and was told they would make sure the room was cleaned but it never happened. I let the front know again about the experience, and she was not very apologetic. The arcade change machine didn't work and one of the games were not in working order. The rooms were not quiet as described and we could hear a dog barking frequently our first night. It was supposed to be non smoking but we experienced very strong Marijuana odor in the elevator multiple times that we also complained about. We wouldn't recommend staying here after our experience.
