A esta unidad la llamamos "Americondo". ¡Ha elegido el lugar correcto si está buscando un lugar limpio, cómodo y bien equipado para disfrutar sus vacaciones! Esta increíble casa está ubicada muy cerca de Branson Strip y de todas las grandes cosas que Branson tiene para ofrecer. Branson Vacation

The property is a nice condo the property is relativley nice, however the mold smell was overwhelming when walking in to the apartment. I am very allergic to mold and mildew so I was miserably sick from it the entire stay. There were dirty towels hanging on the back of the master bathroom door upon arrival and the floors were horribly dirty. My house shoes are ruined from the floors.There was a bag of trash of laundry not sure which that sat outside our door for the entire first day we were there. You have to drive to the strip it is not walking distance. The property is quiet if you are looking for that. It is a decent property but needs some TLC. Especially if you are allergic to mold.

Stay

The house was in a great place and fairly clean. We had 2 dogs with us because this was a pet friendly property. There was a patio and area in the back yard to walk the animals. The second night I stayed there I woke up covered in hundreds of flea bites and I was picking ticks off of myself. I contacted the property and I was told I needed to consider the area and they didn’t seem to care. The property seemed more concerned about the home being infested with fleas instead of the guest staying. They told me the outside was not there issue. It was not a pleasant stay after that.

Staying in a condo at Branson

Loved everything but the steps. I somehow missed that the condo I selected had steps to its entry. One grandma has bad knees, so she had difficulty navigating two flights of steps. Otherwise, everything else was GREAT!!

Great location

Stayed here for a long weekend and the condo was quite comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, good TV options, fast wifi, everything was clean. The location is awesome, nice golf course view, but still really close to the action.

This property was perfect for our needs during the stay. The view from the enclosed patio was beautiful, and the flock of geese that live on the lake was the perfect alarm clock for our leisurely mornings.

Great price for great location

We loved the location. Very close to everything. We were there from Tuesday to Friday. Very dog friendly, our senior dog walk out back of porch. Plenty of space to walk him. Very quiet neighborhood. Could use a deep clean but ok for us. Linens were excellent. Building that condo was in, is in need of repair. Obviously we didnt use pool or tennis courts since our stay was the end of November. Management company was excellent also, even semt message part way through our stay and wanted to know if we needed anything. Never had that happen before. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed at the condo! The location was great, not in the craziness of the main thoroughfare but close to all the action. The pond and golf course out the back door made for a pretty and relaxing setting for the enclosed porch area. There is some mold growing in the main bathroom bathtub corners as well as the bedroom closet behind that bathroom. Some lights would also spontaneously go out for a few seconds before coming back on in the king bedroom and the kitchen area. Overall we had a great ladies trip using this condo!

Nice condo

Spacious condo, perfect location, and decorated super cute! We were only there one night but the beds were comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms was nice. Just not as clean as we had hoped. The bathtubs were dirty, along with some towels that were supposedly clean, and dishes left in the dishwasher. Other than that it was great.
