I originally had minor complaints. Wall sconces were dirty and falling off the wall, stained mattress pads, very outdated hotel with no elevator. However, day 2 I was trying to ask a question at the desk and the man was sitting there lounged back in one chair with his feet up on the other behind the desk playing videos on his phone which seemed unprofessional. Day 3 we find out there is a bed bug infestation. One of our group had bites on their leg and then two other families had bites and live bugs in their rooms. The front desk attendant today was professional and kind although we were offered no sort of refund for the matter. We were told we would be called if they found more live bugs in any of the rooms we stayed in. We won’t be going back.

This hotel is just off the freeway. We spent the night but did not use the pool or other facilities. The breakfast was fine. Easy on and off the highway as we traveled East on Highway 90.
