Shower pressure wasn't brilliant, but for an overnight stay, it serficed. The hairdryer provided wasn't ..."

"This hotel has been the top hotel in Carlisle for a century it more I imagine. On my recent visit I was impressed that the rooms we had in the main classic part of the hotel had been brought up to a very good modern standard. The annex at the rear of the hotel we had last year were more modest but ..."

North Lakes Hotel And Spa
"Really clean and well presented hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel was well laid out. Excellent gym and pool and the food was fantastic both at breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately no EV charging and dogs were allowed in the restaurant (a family were actually feeding their dog at breakfast!). These are minor issues for a really nice hotel however."
