The house was not as expected/pictured. To start, there was an accident where a 12 year old child slipped off the rim of the jacuzzi because of multiple lose stones. She went to the ER from/about 10:30pm and didn’t return to the house until 1AM. The owner never checked in with us. They returned our call once at 8am the nx day; a call that i missed bc we were heading out to a soccer tournament. A game that the child had to miss because of the deep cut in her leg. Oddly, the owner did not even take accountability and said the child shouldn’t have stood on the ledge. What pool says we can’t stand on the ledge. And if that were the case, they did not put up a sign that said otherwise. Aside from that, the bunk beds were so lumpy it was so uncomfortable, the sheets were a bit rough, and there were dusts and spider webs along the walls and beds in the bedroom. The house was older than what we saw in the photos. On a positive note, the location was great; nice neighborhood and a walk to the beach was a breeze. I will not return to this house only because the owners avoided us because of the accident. That was not cool.
