Property was ready on arrival. Heating was turned off and entire appartment was freezing. Communication from management company was poor and i had to chase them for a response. Had a £60 payment for issues which was less than cost of the one night i had to sleep on the sofa as too cold in the bedroom.
Stayed 3 nights in Jan 2020
