The alarm clock didn't work. I had to go to the office to get a listing of the channels. Your website indicated that they serve a full breakfast. Not so! It was a very poor continental breakfast. They had two cold cereals, neither to my liking. They had a few pastries, none of which I like and they had a few unripened apples.

Well...as soon as we walked into our room there layed a dead ROACHE, then went to turn around to walk right back out of the room they started to crawl on the floor our of the furniture....NO THANK YOU!!! GROSS DON'T STAY THESE EVER!!!!
