Located halfway between Bourdeaux and Dieulefit (6kms). Typical outside and contemporary with beautiful volumes inside.
You will have a beautiful swimming pool (4x8), a large pétanque court with a 160 m2 terrace facing south and east.
This house is composed inside of a large space of 120 m2 on one level with the terrace in which you will find the kitchen equipped with a Lacanche stove, the living room with a height of 6m with a library of a few hundred books and a dining room with a table for 6 and another for 8.
On the two floors 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are 42m2 (sleeps 4), 22m2 (double bed of 160, latex mattress), 18m2 (double bed of 200!, Epeda spring mattress), 12m2 (double bed 160, bamboo foam mattress), 12m2 (2 single beds 80). 2 beautiful bathrooms with shower and 3 toilets.
