Rooms were clean and spaces. It’s in a good location to walk to the CU campus and Pearl Street. Breakfast was good - nice selection of foods with every option readily available. Staff was helpful.

I think it is appalling to not clean the rooms on a daily basis. Not collect dirty towels and to have has to ask for clean towels TWICEin one hour since my first request was ignored. You are saving money but not discounting our bill despite not getting proper service. If I went to a restaurant andhad an entree and a dessert, but you coukdn’t produce the dessert. I wouldn’t be charged for the dessert. But you are charging me. I expect a refund of my day without service. Thank you, gail lehman
