The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area, featuring huge sliding patio doors that lead to a spacious backyard. Enjoy alfresco dining on the patio, fire up the gas grill, or unwind in the 6-person hot tub beneath the shade of towering maple trees. Inside boasts hardwood floors, Carrara marble, and original artwork adding elegant touches throughout. The main level also features a sunlit bedroom complete with a private en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs the primary suite is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a spa-like bathroom featuring dual sinks, a rain shower, and a soaking tub. A hallway leads to two queen bedrooms that share a stylish Jack & Jill bath. A roof-mounted swamp cooler keeps the upstairs rooms fresh and cool on warm nights.

The basement is a refuge with a home theater featuring a projector and sound system—perfect for movie nights! It also includes a queen-size sofa bed, providing an additional sleeping arrangement for guests.

The Family-Friendly Home Steps from Downtown was perfect for our pre-wedding preparations. My husband and I used the amazing kitchen to make a wedding cake. The large countertops and appliances, including a kitchen aid mixer, were perfect for our task. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Such a beautiful house in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. This home has everything you need for a fun family getaway! It's was super clean with fully stocked kitchen, extra towels and linens. The hot tub was great! Beautiful place!

Perfect in every way! We stayed here for a long weekend friends' trip and loved this house for staying in and catching up with each other, walking to Pearl Street, and quickly driving to hiking trails. The 3 full baths and 5 separate sleeping spaces for the five of us was amazing, as were the hot tub and yard. Great art/books/games/kitchen really added to the overall vibe as well.

BEST VRBO / Airbnb experience yet!

We stay in a lot of rentals and this one takes the poll position. Not only is the house beautiful, well appointed and ideally located moments from everything, communication with the host was superb - they addressed any questions with almost immediate responses. The beds were comfortable, there are two bathtubs upstairs which was great for young kiddos the basement play room with movie projector and a bed and pullout couch made for a fun cousin sleepover movie night. There are little details that make it feel like home - the ultra nice Vitamix blender, the DoTerra essential oils in the bedroom, the rose scented epsom salt and the beautifully curated art, books, puzzles. The backyard was a luxury in this part of town steps from Pearl Street and we enjoyed dinners out back, the hot tub and the cute bunny visitors. Locationally, having Natural Grocers, Target, Whole Foods, Lifetime Fitness and an urgent care (since little kids always seem to get sick traveling!) was such a relief. Additionally, if you travel with grandparents or a nanny, the main floor bedroom with en suite full bath gives them space from parents and kids bedrooms upstairs. We loved this home!
