They charged us a 50 deposit as well 40 for pet. Stated 50 would be returned going on week 3 ....no refund🤔

The first room they gave me wasn’t cleaned, smelled bad, and had a container catching a drip from the ceiling. The next room was clean and generally acceptable, with the exception of a shower door that was misaligned and wouldn’t stay closed. I’ve been in worse and better for the money...

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, bathroom aged but clean. Due to Covid-19, no breakfast buffet. The pool was in need of cleaning, not just the water. There was items on the floor in the hallway that was never picked up while we were there. There was questionable people hanging around outside, the police made drive throughs at night leaving my family anxious. I did not see any of this myself. I stayed there last year and was very pleased with everything.

The room, bathroom and hallway smelled musty and damp. Carpets were very worn and stained. The A/C in the room was very loud and rattled all night. The frost desk and kitchen staff were very friendly though

Upon arriving in our room, the air conditioning was not working. We notified front desk and with 10 minutes someone was up to look at it. It was determined it needed to be replaced. Within 30 minutes, the whole unit was replaced and we had cold air!! Staff is very friendly and courteous. The only negatives, which were small was the shower door wouldn't stay closer and the pool could have been warmer. This, however would not be enough to make choose somewhere different. Would definitely stay here again.
