Visit the North Shore's Garden City and be just one block to Historic downtown Beverly's Cabot Street and 5 blocks to Dane Street Beach. Want to visit Salem? Take a trip on the commuter rail in just one stop you'll be in Downtown. Beverly offers New England history, George Washington's first commissioned ship sailed off Beverly in 1775; local brews (both coffee and beer), small restaurants and shops along Cabot St, a theater, many public gardens (it is called the garden city), and miles of coastline and beaches. Located just 3 train stops into Boston's North Station. In the summer, catch the Salem Ferry into Boston, or head north for a whale watch out of Gloucester!

Our townhouse is located on a residential street, not a gated community, with 3 living levels. (note: there is one flight of stairs to the front door.)
The bed setup can accommodate 6-7 adults or 4 adults and 4 children: 2 queen, one twin bunk, one full. A queen blow up mattress is available by request. $25/night per additional guest.
The main level offers a large living and dining room space, with seating for 8. Full size kitchen has all the amenities, coffee makers, gas range, dishwasher, and 1st floor laundry. First floor has a full bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo, an enclosed 3 season porch with a game table, and backyard space with a deck and seating. The 2nd level offers a large bedroom with a twin bunk (top bunk under 100 lbs permitted only please) and full bed, set up as a perfect place for kids to gather with games, toys, and books; and 2nd bedroom with queen sized bed. The full bathroom offers a 2 person jacuzzi tub, perfect way to end your day, stand up shower, and double vanity. This level also offers a home office space, for those still working on the go! Third level offers a large bedroom with queen sized bed and toddler crib. Each bedroom with ample closet space. A high chair and pack and play are available for guests.
There is one assigned parking space off street, all other parking is on street where available.

Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted in the unit or on the property.

Dogs are permitted, however, certain breeds are restricted by the insurance company, please inquire. Cats and other furry pets are not permitted.

Our family of 4 and our dog love to explore new places, we choose to stay in short term rentals that have all the necessities of home.
